Hard to do in this day and age, but I'll make it shorter for you, keep it stinking simple. Don't over think and overcomplicate it. That's where the power is. The verbiage sucks, I know too well, too much talk, not enough action. Organization is critical, but it should take 5 minutes, maybe 10. And you don't have to write everything down or reference all your cliff and side notes. This only works if you're drafting up your list on paper. Using an app, forget it!
I only use apps if I need to be reminded enough to remember, otherwise I'm writing and typing it in. That's 2-3 times the work. And several apps for organizing?!!! Are you freaking kidding me?!! Meep!! Are you trying to work 10 times harder? Who has the time for that!!!
Write down the next 5 things you know you need to do in that order of your thought process, like this:
1 finish this blog post, post it to Facebook.
2 Give Revin a bath
3 clear 5 expired food items from the fridge.
4 Finish the follow up email for the community (yep, I'm a slacker, well!!)
5 Take a break? (What's that?) Oh light up some incense, and research that reference from Crone's Hollow sign, yeah THAT one.
See there's 5 and I'll get this done in the next hour. Boom, mission accomplished.
See, was that so hard? That took me 3 minutes to type. 5 if I had written it. It took 2 minutes to think it. Easy, less than 10 minutes... Who has time for more than that? R
Realize this, nothing is impossible. After me and Kyle started to plan our wedding thinking of we'd have 6 months, we actually got put into a position where it was a choice between getting married in 10 days from then, or wait 2 months. We didn't want to wait 2 months. With a 4 year old and 2 month old in tow, and no help, we crash slammed our wedding together and got married in 10 days, and it was perfect. Nothing is impossible 🍧
